Adriana
Manager
Adriana has worked in the orthodontic field for 20 years and has been with Dr. Kuruvadi since 2000. Our patients can count on her to take care of all their financial and insurance needs. You can always direct any questions about your bills or payments to Adriana. She loves making a new smile financially possible. Her favorite part of working here is seeing her patients smile with renewed confidence when they get their braces off, and knowing that she was able to be part of the process makes it much more rewarding! She also enjoys working for Dr. Kuruvadi because he sets high standards for the office and uses the most cutting-edge, advanced technologies in the world to serve our patients better.
Adriana is married to Mauricio, and together they have seven children.
Carol
El Cajon Office Receptionist
Carol has been giving patients their first taste of our amazing office for the past twelve years. Whether scheduling your appointments over the phone or receiving you when you enter our doors, she welcomes you to our office where our business is to create smiles that transform your confidence. You will leave brimming with self-esteem.
Carol really likes traveling, especially to exotic places like Hawaii and Paris. She also loves going to concerts and has seen a wide variety of artists, including Kanye West, Britney Spears, and Shakira.
Eleonor
Receptionist and Insurance Biller
As our Chula Vista office receptionist, Eleonor sees it as her job to make you comfortable and leave no doubt in your mind that this is the best place for you to go for your orthodontic needs. Our orthodontic care is the best around the world, and she works to make our office a fun and upbeat place. You will always find our office full of smiles, laughter, and fun because our team really enjoys our work and serving you. Eleonor loves to see patients leave the office happy, thanks to the magic of Dr. Kuruvadi’s artistry!
Eleonor is a proud mother of three and enjoys dancing and baking.
Elizabeth
Receptionist
Elizabeth started out as a dental assistant for almost two years before going back to school for medical administration. Now she works in our office to receive patients as they come in, schedules their appointments, and communicates with them over the phone. She’s great at building relationships with patients and loves seeing how their smiles affect their lives.
Outside the office, Elizabeth likes to take her son to the park, hang out with her friends, and just have fun.

Carlos
Registered Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Carlos’s favorite part of his job is his interaction with the patients. He has more than 20 years of experience in orthodontics. He appreciates working in our office because he is able to see the process of transforming smiles from start to finish. His favorite part of being an assistant is building rapport with patients and seeing the results of a flawless new smile. Carlos has worked with many orthodontists, but he feels Dr. Kuruvadi is the most kind-hearted doctor with both his patients and staff.
Carlos has a handsome son and a beautiful daughter. Fortunately, they get their looks from their mother! Carlos likes fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Hugo
Registered Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Hugo works with patients from the time their braces are bonded to the time they are taken off. He’s been with our office since 2003, and though he took a small break, he’s very glad to be back! Hugo’s favorite thing is to see a patient who never smiled before have such a beautiful smile at the end of treatment.
Hugo has been married for more than a decade and has two boys and a small girl. He loves having fun, such as riding his bike, playing sports, going to the park with the kids, and golfing with his brothers. He also loves to cook and will eat just about anything!
Silvia
Registered Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Silvia assists in all kinds of orthodontic procedures, takes X-rays, and sets up everything for every scheduled patient. She has more than 20 years of experience in orthodontics and ten years in general dentistry before that. Silvia finds it rewarding to seeing how happy the patients are with their treatment results, and how much it changes their confidence.
Silvia loves her family; they come first in her life. She also enjoys holiday crafts, listening to music, and dancing.
Lorena
Orthodontic Dental Assistant and Records Coordinator
Lorena has been in the office since 2001. She enjoys working with our patients on a regular basis and creating friendships while watching their smiles improve. She appreciates Dr. Kuruvadi’s drive and motivation to do whatever it takes to make his patients happy. Her favorite part about working with Dr. Kuruvadi is being able to see every person walk out with a beautiful smile when the treatment is completed. She loves working with Dr. Kuruvadi because he is kind and respectful as well as dedicated to his field of work.
Lorena is the mother of three and grandmother of one. Her hobbies outside of work include spending time with her grandson and children, dancing, and hanging out with friends.
Erica
Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Erica looks forward to hearing our patients’ stories and helping them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. She is truly kind and has a genuine desire to provide high-quality care. Erica appreciates that Dr. Kuruvadi only offers the best available care to our patients.
Erica is the proud mother of twin boys and enjoys sneaking in the occasional scary movie or two.
